Venting valve in screw cap
This vented screw cap is a special lid designed for Bürkle space-saving canisters, featuring an integrated venting function. It has a standard thread (S 50 × 4, DIN 50) suitable for the wide opening of flat canisters and allows air to flow into the canister during pouring or filling. This prevents glugging or unwanted pressure build-up, ensuring the liquid flows smoothly and without interruption. The screw cap includes a manually operated vent valve for air pressure equalization. Since venting is not automatic, the valve must be opened manually during emptying to let air in and ensure a consistent, smooth flow of liquid.
Closure cap 3/4"
This PP closure cap is designed for connections with 3/4″ threads. It securely seals open male threads – for example, on space-saving jerrycans, drain taps, pumps, or adapters – when they are not in use. The cap is simply screwed onto the external thread by hand, preventing residual liquid from leaking and keeping dust and dirt out of the open valve. Made of robust PE plastic, the cap is resistant to many chemicals. Thanks to its knurled outer surface, it can be gripped and tightened easily even when wearing gloves. A small but effective accessory for safely closing connections and securing systems or containers when not in operation.
